This page explains what allanajackson.com collects, why, who handles it for me, and how to ask me to delete it. A. Jackson is my one-person practice, so "I" on this page means me, Allana Jackson.

What I collect
When you take the free 2-minute check. As you answer, Google Analytics records which status each question covers and whether your pick passed. It doesn't get your email. If you unlock your fixes, I receive your work email, your company website if you add one, your score, the statuses you missed, and the conversation volume you set on the slider. If you came from a page I built for your company (a /for page), I also receive that page's name, and Google Analytics records it with your answers.
When you fill in The Rescue intake. Your name, company, work email, your answers to the ten questions, and any optional details you add (role, phone, the bank reviewing you).
When you email me. Your email address and anything you include in it.
When you browse the site. Google Analytics records the pages you visit, the buttons you click, your device and browser type, your approximate location (country or city level), and how you arrived (for example, a LinkedIn post or an email link). It uses cookies to do this. The sample documents and The Rescue pages load their fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when you open one of them. My hosting provider, Netlify, keeps standard server logs.
Please don't send customer transaction records, account numbers or other production data through any form on this site. I don't need them.
If I contacted you first
I research the people who run customer support at fintech companies, using public sources: company websites, help centers, press releases, job posts and LinkedIn profiles. If I emailed you, my prospect list holds your name, job title, company, work email and notes on our conversation. You can ask me to stop contacting you and delete those details at any time. Reply "stop" or write to the address above.
Why I use it
- To show you your results and fixes, and to build your company's version of the check if you ask for one.
- To reply to you and follow up about my services.
- To send my occasional notes on testing AI support agents. The 2-minute check form says this before you submit it, and every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To see which pages and posts help people, and to fix the ones that don't.
For visitors in the UK and EU, I rely on legitimate interests for business contact and site analytics, and on your consent for marketing email where the law requires it.
Who handles it for me
- Netlify hosts the site and receives The Rescue intake form.
- Web3Forms delivers the 2-minute check form to my inbox.
- Zoho Mail runs my email.
- Google Analytics measures site use.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces on the sample documents and The Rescue pages.
These companies are mostly based in the US, so your information may be stored there.
How long I keep it
- Form submissions and prospect notes: 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client.
- Client records: as long as the contract and tax rules require.
- Google Analytics data: 2 months.
Your choices
- Ask what I hold, correct it or delete it: email allana@allanajackson.com. I'll reply within 30 days.
- Stop marketing email: use the unsubscribe link or reply "stop."
- Turn off analytics: block cookies in your browser, or install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on.
- Complain: UK visitors can contact the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). EU visitors can contact their local data protection authority.
Changes
If I change how I handle your information, I'll update this page and the date at the top.
