Troubleshooting

The following covers the most common setup and operation questions. For issues not listed here, visit aurrahome.com/support or contact our team directly.

FAQs & Quick Fixes
A
Confirm AURRA is connected to Wi-Fi and that Schedule is toggled ON in the app. If the issue persists, force-close and reopen the AURRA app, then try again.
A
Check for overlapping time blocks or conflicting schedule entries. Note that AI Auto-Adjust is active during the first 7 days of use — minor deviations during this learning period are normal and will stabilize.
A
Confirm the AURRA skill or integration is still enabled in your voice assistant's app. Unlink and relink the AURRA account if commands remain unresponsive. Ensure your voice assistant firmware is up to date.
A
Verify that AURRA is powered on and that your smartphone is on the same Wi-Fi network. Tap Menu → Device Settings → Rediscover Device. If the issue continues, perform a soft reset by holding the AURRA display button for 10 seconds.
A
Update the AURRA app to the latest version. Use clear, complete phrasing — say "Set the thermostat to 70 degrees" rather than "Set it warmer."
A
Confirm the circuit breaker is in the ON position and all wires are fully seated in their terminals. If a C-wire is absent, install the included C-wire adapter and retry.
